So who are you? I'm Chris, Managing Director at Lightstone
What do you do? I tend to get involved in all aspects of the business on a daily basis with an eye on ensuring that best practice is being implemented across the company. It's my job to make sure that we attract high calibre personnel with a passion for quality who understand that the customer experience is paramount.
And a bit of background. I joined Lightstone in 2005 with a brief to create and then implement a new strategy with a view to generating substantial growth on a consistent, sustainable and profitable basis. I've spent my entire career to date in the IT industry including 15 years experience in Managing Director roles.
Claim to Fame! A Man Utd fan who actually goes to matches, has supported them through the bad times as well as the good and is one of the minority who doesn't consume prawn sandwiches at Old Trafford.

So who are you? I'm David Simpson, Head of Client Services at Lightstone 
What you do? I work closely with our clients to develop & refine strategy, and with the production team at Lightstone to ensure smooth delivery of effective results.
And a bit of background. I've been working in the web industry since 1998, before that I was in retail including time with Harrods, David Jones and Littlewoods.
Claim to fame! I share a birthday with Ryan Giggs, Jacques Chirac and Gena Lee Nolan - what a dinner party that would be!

So who are you? I'm Darren Scrine, Head of Technology Services at Lightstone
What do you do? I manage the company's technical direction leading the technical team comprising of technical project managers and web developers.
And a bit of background. I have 20 years of software development experience, programming websites since 1996. Prior to joining Lightstone, I was a Technical Manager for EMAP Digital looking after sites developed in ASP, COM+ and Java.

So who are you? I'm Nick, Design Team Leader at Lightstone.
What do you do? I head the design team here, and look after anything to do with visual appeal as well as ensuring that website front ends look great and work even better.
And a bit of background. I've been in the design business for more than 7 years, and have worked with loads of household names throughout the UK, I've also been involved with government projects, charities, financial services, leisure and in media.
Claim to fame! My Grandad refused entry to George Best and his glamorous ladies from Luton Town football club.
