In a training environment, SameSite™ can be used with a range of tutorial, testing and certification tools to create an engaging, personalised education and assessment tool.

By overlaying the core SameSite™ simulation with guided tutorials, users (typically customer advisors, sales agents, and those in other customer interface roles) can be offered the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the live environment in a controlled context.

SameSite™ can be used in conjunction with any UI, from public-facing websites to internal sales systems.

Tutorials can be linked to assessment, tracking and certification modules to monitor and reward progress and highlight areas for further attention.  Tutorials can be created to cater for a range of learning requirements from full system orientation to tightly-focused, campaign-specific goals.
