• Online Banking Solutions, working in harmony with middleware and legacy systems to provide truly customer focused services, with significant proven increases in substitute transactions 
• Comprehensive Intermediary services, providing online services to allow Mortgage Lenders to manage their intermediary networks by facilitating mortgage applications, DIPs (decisions in principle), and also allowing applications, on behalf of customers to be tracked
• Product calculators, built in conjunction with existing systems such as product and rates databases.  Where appropriate, Lightstone can provide central calculation services which can draw results from several locations within one, or for several linked websites which further facilitates FSA compliance
• Identity & Verification systems (ID&V), based upon and enhancing the security models of our customers, Lightstone is able to create complete ID&V systems which draw information from secure databases upon successful login
• Working as part of the ID&V systems, Lightstone has implemented site-to-user authentication as part of the 2 factor authentication systems offered by RSA Consumer.  As well as implementing the technology, Lightstone's analysis team ensure that visitors' user experience and user journey's are optimised
