Project Management

Our Project management team is central throughout every project that Lightstone delivers for our customers. Each customer is assigned a single point of contact through whom all communication and project coordination is managed.

Benefitting from a mixture of technical understanding and business acumen, your Project Manager will ensure that:

• Projects delivered answer the requirements specified in the IA & Consultancy phase
• Projects delivered conform to Lightstone's quality control requirements and (where applicable) external quality controls e.g. penetration testing, brand values, functionality etc.
• If several parties are involved in a project, that roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated
• Projects adhere to the business requirements specified at the outset

Lightstone employs the PRINCE2 methodology to ensure successful project delivery, including the realisation of business benefits.  All of our Project Managers, Technology Services management and Client Services teams are PRINCE2 Practitioners.
