And the same goes for Internet Banking, no honestly, it does. When it comes to gaining confidence and feeling comfortable with carrying out transactions online, there's no substitute for experience.
With this in mind, and knowing that a project isn't a success until it delivers results, Lightstone developed an interactive demo site for Alliance & Leicester's MyBank service which is closer to the site it supports in terms of look & feel, process and overall user experience than any other tool in the market. In fact the demo is so life-like we've had to take steps to make sure it doesn't confuse users by being too realistic!
Since the launch of the new demo our friends at Alliance & Leicester have seen a dramatic and sustained uplift in substitute transactions, including increased numbers of complex transactions. Now we'd call that something like 'innovative solutions delivering real business benefit', or simply, 'result!'.
We don't know how to make a soufflé, sorry.
